SmartPros Ltd. Engineering Division, a developer of online exam preparation and continuing education courses for engineers, announced that it has entered into a multi-year contract with Gannett Fleming, Inc., for SmartPros’ online PE Exam Review and FE Exam Review courses. Gannett Fleming will use the SmartPros products to train Department of Transportation employees in preparation for the Principles and Practices (PE) exam and the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.

Study of Customer Satisfaction with Learning Management Systems

Vinoble, Inc., a holding company seeking to identify long-term growth opportunities in the areas of homeland security, security information systems, and other security services, today announced that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 100 percent of WISE Learning Solutions, Inc., a provider of information security training and related services. Under the terms of the agreement, WISE will continue to operate under that name and will be structured as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vinoble.
