This is an opportunity to become part of Hanley Wood University (http://www.hanleywooduniversity.com), an exciting, fun and fast growing business unit of Hanley Wood. This position will report to the Managing Director, Education & Learning Initiatives at Hanley Wood University. We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, customer service oriented person. This candidate will be required to obtain a deep understanding of all components, features and functions of our learning management system (LMS) and will have overall project responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the LMS. This person will develop functionalities in cooperation with Taleo/Learn.com, existing and future user groups to achieve their objectives within the LMS platform. This will include training other LMS administrators. The position is designed to grow within the HWU business, develop and lead a team of LMS administrators as the business unit continues to grow.
