AICC to approve Harbinger’s draft CMI specification
The Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) has now hosted the “Offline Computer Managed Instruction (CMI) Specification” drafted by Harbinger Systems on their official website inviting review comments from vendors and end-customers.
