South Korea will spearhead the development of global e-learning standards with the U.S., as the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Institute for Electric Commerce (KIEC) for a business partnership, according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) Thursday.
