Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company has selected TrainCaster LMS to manage their training records. Watlow is not yet ready to deliver online courses, but needs a records management solution that gives them the flexibility to manage completion records, assignments, and due dates, while also giving them a clear upgrade path as their training needs change and grow over time. TrainCaster LMS recently introduced an LMS-Only configuration option that offered Watlow the ideal training solution.
