Balance Learning, a provider of comprehensive blended learning solutions for strategic corporate training, today announced the availability of “Performance Management,” a comprehensive blended learning curriculum targeted to supervisors, managers, and other professionals responsible for assessing and managing employees’ performance.
The program, developed in partnership with Delta Air Lines, addresses a wide variety of topics, including how to set performance standards and goals, various ways to monitor employee performance, and methodologies for assessment. As with all Balance Learning offerings, the performance
management program includes self-paced learning, instructor-led workshops, on-the-job activities to reinforce learning and milestone assessments to measure results.
